14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with ChartTalk for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.

This guarantee applies to:

  • New subscription purchases (Pro and Max plans)
  • Subscription renewals
  • Plan upgrades

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of the charge
  • You must provide the email address associated with your account
  • The request must be submitted via email to contact@charttalk.ai

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@charttalk.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email - the email address you used to sign up for ChartTalk
  3. Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful for us to improve)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

  • We will review your request within 1-2 business days
  • If approved, the refund will be processed through Paddle, our payment provider
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

Your subscription will be cancelled upon refund, and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

Requests After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Extended service outages that significantly impacted your usage
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service

Cancellation vs. Refund

There is a difference between cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund:

Cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again, but no refund is issued for the current period.

Refund

Your payment is returned to you, and your subscription is immediately cancelled. Your account is downgraded to the Free plan.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.

Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost and is not eligible for refunds as no payment is made. You can use the Free plan indefinitely without any charges.
